MIPP Air Cooling for Efficient, Scalable and Sustainable Production
Mipp is an innovative machine that uses “cold air” to cool stretched-curd products, completely replacing the use of water in the cooling process. This advanced technology not only optimises production performance, but also significantly reduces environmental impact.
The machine is designed to be scalable thanks to modules of 625kg/h each, allowing a flexible implementation according to production needs.
The processing capacity starts from a minimum of 1,250 kg/h per hour and can be progressively expanded, in multiples of 625 kg/h, until the desired flow rate is reached, thus guaranteeing an efficient optimisation of production.
MIPP SYSTEM
The core of the Mipp System is designed in a modular way, allowing complete customisation according to the specific needs of the customer. This allows us to adapt the machine to production needs, making it versatile and easily scalable.
The machinery is managed by “proprietary software” that allows optimal monitoring and adjustment of all production parameters.
The method allows the thickness of the incoming product to be calibrated with an accuracy of less than “3 mm”, guaranteeing a uniform quality.
Cooling takes place at a positive temperature between 1 °C and 8 °C, avoiding the formation of frost and ensuring constant control of the product’s consistency.
The cooling process is rapid, taking place in just “5–10 minutes”, allowing efficient and fast production.
Thanks to the efficiency of the control system and optimised process management, our method allows a reduction in energy consumption of 20–30% compared to traditional water cooling systems.
Thanks to its compactness, the Mipp System reduces space occupation by 50%, going from a minimum of 150 square metres to only 70 square metres. Optimising the use of production spaces.
The product leaves the machine at the temperature required by the market, ready for packaging, without the need for any further cooling processes.
The method allows you to customise the cut of the product, with the possibility of adjusting the dimensions during processing to meet different market needs.
